The Challenge

Nova Wellness was using Calendly ($20/mo) for bookings, a separate Google Forms workflow for patient intake, and Wave ($0 but manual) for invoicing. Appointment reminders were sent manually by reception. No-shows ran at 18% and the team spent 2+ hours per day on admin tasks that should have been automatic.

The Solution
