Nova Wellness was using Calendly ($20/mo) for bookings, a separate Google Forms workflow for patient intake, and Wave ($0 but manual) for invoicing. Appointment reminders were sent manually by reception. No-shows ran at 18% and the team spent 2+ hours per day on admin tasks that should have been automatic.
The Solution
The clinic adopted Mewayz's Appointment Booking, Requests (for patient intake forms), and Invoicing modules. Public booking pages went live within a day. Intake forms now auto-complete before the first appointment, and session invoices are generated at checkout via the Stripe integration.
